1, 观察外机有无障碍物, 取下内机机罩, 清理外机附近的物品.
2, 打开室内机壳观察内机过滤网有无灰尘及异味, 请定期清洗过滤网. 清洗过滤网的方法:
①, 首先切断电源;
②, 打开面板 (柜式机带有进风栅固定螺丝应先卸掉螺丝后, 打开进风栅) ;
③, 取出过滤网;
④, 清洗过滤网 (用毛刷式 吸尘器 除尘后, 再用清水洗净, 太脏有油污时, 用除污剂或中性肥皂水清洗, 用清水滤净后, 晾干装好) ;
⑤, 注意不要用40℃以上的热水清洗. 3, 插电等3-5分钟, 将遥控器设置在制冷模式, 温度设定在最低的条件下, 开机运行 (最好在中午和下午试机) .
4, 空调运行后, 将遥控器的风速开关设定在不同的档位上运行, 观察内机有无异常噪音.
5, 开机运行15分钟左右观察外机风扇是否运转正常, 外机有无异常噪音.
6, 开机运行30分钟左右观察室内机出风有无冷风感, 室外机 出水管有无冷凝水流出, 流水是否畅通.
7, 空调运转会出现的正常现象:
①, 偶有噼啪声或塑料响声: 这是由于空调制冷运转时内机面板遇到冷热膨胀所引起, 不会影响正常使用.
②, 有出气或流水声: 制冷剂在内机流动, 蒸发产生的声音.
③, 有白烟雾从内机吹出: 室内空气湿度过大, 被空调冷气冷凝所产生, 属正常现象.
④, 叶片或管路上有水珠: 室内湿度大, 设定温度低所造成二次冷凝, 尽量使内机扫风片设定水平, 保持室内机出风通畅.
⑤, 外机裸露通管, 接头有水珠滴水: 空气中水分子冷凝形成, 属正常现象.
⑥, 变频空调室外机声音时大时小: 这是由于变频空调空调压缩机运转频率改变发生现象.
