Ministry of Commerce ruled that there is dumping of Korean acrylic fiber

Sinochem New Network News The Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on November 6th that during the review investigation period, imported acrylic fiber originating in South Korea was dumped. Since November 7, 2018, anti-dumping duties continue to be imposed.

According to the announcement, the anti-dumping tax rate is as follows: 8.6% for Taiguang Industry Co., Ltd., and 21.7% for other Korean companies.

On July 13, 2016, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on imported acrylic fibers originating in Japan, Korea and Turkey from July 14, 2016. The implementation period is 5 years. On November 7, 2017, In response to the application of the domestic acrylic fiber industry, the Ministry of Commerce issued a decision to review the anti-dumping measures applicable in this case during the period of dumping and dumping.
