SunPower supplies solar modules for Australian photovoltaic power plants

Recently, SunPower Group, a US-based manufacturer of high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, announced that it has received a module supply agreement for the innogy 349MW photovoltaic power plant near Balranald, New South Wales, Australia. This is the country's largest solar plant under construction.

SunPower is providing its P-series 1,500Vdc solar panels for the project, with a power of approximately 400Wp, equivalent to more than 872,000 modules.

According to reports, this may be SunPower's largest third-party module supply agreement for its P-series modules to date.
