On October 31, 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Intelligent Manufacturing Integrated Standardization and New Model Application Project Management Experience Exchange Conference was held in Yizhuang Base of the Machinery Industry Instrumentation and Comprehensive Technology and Economic Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as 'Yihe Institute'). Wang Hong, Equipment Department, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Director, Dr. Dong Ting, Professor Dong Jingchen from the Manufacturing Research Office of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 44 representatives from 35 local industrial and information administration departments including Beijing, Shanghai, Anhui, Qingdao, Shenzhen, and the director of the Sadi Research Institute Dr. Shi Quan, Director of Ouyang Jinsong, Director of Yizhao Institute, Li Lin Secretary, Deputy Director Wang Linyi, etc. attended the meeting.

The meeting was hosted by Director Zuo Shiquan of the Equipment Department of CCID Research. Secretary Li Lin gave a welcome speech, saying that the ceremonial office should not only serve the meeting well, but also fully exchange project experience with the participants, and hope that the instrument will accumulate for many years. The formation of intelligent manufacturing technology and service capabilities can better serve China's manufacturing industry. Director Wang Hong first affirmed that under the joint promotion of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and local authorities, the special implementation of intelligent manufacturing has achieved a large scale in four years. The achievements, the implementation effect is obvious, and actively promoted the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry, but in the project life cycle management, related materials check, medium-term supervision, problem handling, and even project acceptance, etc., some places still have 're-declaration, light Management's problem. Therefore, Director Wang Hong hopes that everyone can raise awareness, explore the rules of intelligent manufacturing development, promote the development and application of technology, strengthen project supervision and inspection, and strictly enforce the relevant provisions of project management rules and acceptance manuals.

Subsequently, representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of Beijing, Shanghai, Anhui Province introduced their respective experiences in the special management of intelligent manufacturing. Professor Dong Jingchen of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhu Xiangmin Chief Engineer of China Textile Machinery Association and Beijing Oriental Huatai Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. The company's senior accountant Yang Huimin made reports on project review, management, acceptance and financial management requirements to further standardize project management. Dr. Wang Linyi, deputy director of Yizhao Institute, on behalf of the project undertaker, introduced the special management and implementation of intelligent manufacturing. The experience of the area focuses on the practice and experience of the promotion and application of the special scientific research results of the intelligent manufacturing of the Yihe Institute.
