At the same time, it is planned to increase the comprehensive utilization rate of straw by processing biomass fuel, straw deep-turning and returning to the field, and increase it to 75% on the basis of 65.1% last year.
In the warehouse of straw briquetting station of Heilongjiang Chenneng Biomass Fuel Co., Ltd. located in Acheng District, it has been filled with bales packed in bundles. The relevant person in charge of the company told the reporter that these straws have been dried, crushed, dusted, etc. The processing program, which will become a biomass fuel, will be processed into a 'fuel block' and a 'fuel rod' that will greatly replace coal combustion through biomass boilers.
At present, there are two kinds of dedicated biomass boilers, one is a boiler for heating and cooking, and the other is a special heating stove. The straw has changed into a new energy source, and the special boilers associated with it are also in the whole district. The villages have increased. This year, Acheng District selected 100 farmers in the district to be subsidized by the government to install trial biomass boilers. It is expected to be rolled out gradually throughout the region next year.
The advantage of biomass fuel is smokeless, ashless, and the calorific value can reach more than 3,600 kcal. In terms of price, the coal price is about 1,100 yuan per ton, and the price of biomass fuel is about 500 yuan per ton.
