Recently, China Photovoltaic Corporation Dongfang Risheng New Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it has obtained the NHI HA 50MW photovoltaic project owned by Thap Cham Solar, a subsidiary of Vietnam Bitexco Group.
In addition to the contracts awarded at the 61MW plant in Ninh Binh and the installations completed in cooperation with the 50MW project, procurement and construction projects of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group in the same province since August 2018, the total installed capacity of Dongfang Risheng in Vietnam has reached 161MW.
The 50MW PV project will be developed in Ninh Thuan, Vietnam, and will be equipped with high-efficiency solar modules and 5-bus 1500V high-voltage modules supplied by Dongfang Risheng New Energy.
The facility began construction on October 1. Once completed, the plant is expected to generate an average annual power generation of 81,429 MWh. The electricity supplied by the project will be supplied to the Vietnam National Grid EVN.
The company's spokesperson pointed out: 'With years of experience in EPC services and local strategies for the Vietnamese market determined by specific needs in the region, we believe that the photovoltaic market in Southeast Asia has great potential and huge opportunities.'
