At the Energy Internet Development Forum held recently, two “Energy Internet Planning Research Reports” were published for the first time in Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia. The clean energy development and grid interconnection in the above regions, the energy supply situation is severe, the proportion of fossil energy is too high, and transnational power transmission. Insufficient capacity and other issues, providing a comprehensive solution.
Liu Zhenya, chairman of the Global Energy Internet Development Cooperation Organization, said that the three countries of China, Japan and South Korea are too dependent on foreign countries. There are 65 million people without electricity in Southeast Asia, and 250 million people still use fuelwood and charcoal to cook for heating. Accelerate the construction of energy in Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia. The Internet will effectively protect the power supply of countries in the region and promote economic growth.
Liu Zhenya proposed that the construction of Northeast Asia Energy Internet, the overall idea is to accelerate the development of clean energy in the region, the construction of the Bohai Sea / North Yellow Sea, the ring of the Sea of Japan, the Amur River / Heilongjiang River Basin, the horizontal connection between the southern part of Mongolia to North China, the three ring one Heng's multinational networking channel, forming a pattern of 'West-East Power Transmission, Nortel South Supply, Multi-Complementary'.
To build a Southeast Asia energy Internet, the overall idea is to strengthen the interconnection of power grids in various countries and to connect with neighboring countries, forming a new pattern of energy development in the region that is closely interconnected, cross-regional and mutual benefit, and more complementary.
The Northeast Asia Energy Internet Planning Research Report was compiled by the Global Energy Internet Development Cooperation Organization. The report predicts that around 2030, the proportion of clean energy installed capacity in Northeast Asia will exceed fossil energy and become the main power source in the region.
The Southeast Asia Energy Internet Planning Research Report was jointly released by the Global Energy Internet Development Cooperation Organization and the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific and the ASEAN Energy Center.
According to the report, after 2030, the newly added electricity demand in Southeast Asia can be fully met by clean energy, basically solving the problem of non-electricity population.
According to reports, under the framework of the 'Belt and Road' construction, China has already realized transmission line interconnection and power trading with Russia, Mongolia, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and other neighboring countries.
In December last year, the Global Energy Internet Development Cooperation and China National Grid and Korea Electric Power Corporation signed a Sino-Korean networking cooperation agreement. The three parties will promote the China-Korea networking project in the first phase of the Mongolia-China-Korea-Japan project.
