Recently, the world's leading manufacturer of high-performance photovoltaic products, JA Solar announced that the South Australian Water Company has provided all the solar modules for the 4.14MW coastal photovoltaic projects. It is understood that the project is part of SA Water's efforts to achieve a 0 net electricity bill, which is important to promote the development of new energy in Australia.
SA Water operates over 27,000 kilometres of water supply pipelines and provides water services to more than 1.7 million customers in South Australia. SA Water has some of the highest energy consumption in the State and therefore requires a high electricity bill. JA Solar's PV modules will be used for the Hope Valley Water Treatment plant in SA Water, Glenelg Wastewater treatment plant and photovoltaic plant at Christies Beach Sewage Treatment plant to provide reliable and clean energy for safe transport of clean drinking water and wastewater treatment. The project is under construction by Enerven, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SA Power Networks.
The company's important industry experience and high quality of attention provide a guarantee for the successful completion of the project. The seasonal temperatures in South Australia vary widely, requiring stringent requirements for PV module performance, including salinity resistance, high temperature resistance and extreme cold tolerance.
JA Solar PV modules offer excellent corrosion resistance and PID impedance performance, providing a strong guarantee for the stability of power plant systems and optimal power generation. "Our company is committed to the development and production of high-efficiency photovoltaic modules," said JA Solar, president and CEO. We look forward to providing high-quality products and services to more customers and promoting the development and application of renewable energies around the world.
