Stop the driving step, optimize the stop driving operation, shorten the driving time by nearly 3 hours, reduce the material loss and convert 500 tons of ethylene products, and the cumulative effect is 2.24 million yuan.

In order to reduce the catalyst consumption of 300,000 tons/year high-density polyethylene unit, the plant has taken a number of initiatives to adhere to the daily tracking and management of the catalyst, and strictly control the catalyst temperature at 58 degrees Celsius to ensure that the catalyst flow fluctuation is less than ±1 kg. The quality of raw material hexane is ensured after the quality of hexane is qualified; adhere to the strict card holding operation, do double-stage filtration, reduce the number of filter cleaning; adhere to weekly analysis of catalyst activity, cumulative effect of 7.51 million yuan.

The plant continuously optimizes the existing process operations and digs into the source of benefits. After the non-power recovery unit of the low-density polyethylene workshop is officially put into operation, the unit consumption is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of the project is continuously enhanced. In order to continue to maintain the momentum of growth, the factory expertise The personnel added a transmission line with no power recovery exhaust gas into the ethylene plant. At present, the technical transformation project has been officially put into operation, and about 100 kilograms of exhaust gas can be recovered every hour, and the annual efficiency can be 2.2 million yuan.

The factory pays attention to strengthening fine management and strengthening the degree of refinement of process operation. It reduces the transshipment loss of oil in the oil conveying process. After the normal pump of various liquid light oil storage tanks is emptied, the bottom of the tank is retained 300 mm. The high materials are all emptied into the same type of storage tanks through temporary diaphragm pumps. Each tank has an average recovery of 80 tons of oil. The current total efficiency has reached 710,000 yuan.
