At the latest Ignite 2018 conference, Microsoft announced that Surface Hub 2 will be officially available in the second quarter of 2019 and will be divided into two phases.
First, Surface Hub 2S , focusing on existing surface hub customers, continuing with existing mature environments and experiences, but bringing lighter, thinner, more trendy designs that are compatible with existing applications and software, such as continuing to use Skype for business, or using the latest version of Microsoft Teams.
Followed by Surface Hub 2X , which can be considered a full version of the second generation surface hub, for customers who first deploy surface hub devices, with the default support for dynamic rotation, multi-user authentication, split-screen office, and more.
The most special is It uses a modular design, such as a processor section that can be removed and upgraded at any time , you can get stronger performance without the need for a repeat investment, and support Microsoft 365 in 2020 years.
