According to foreign media reports on September 25, Apple has now handed over the main production order share of iPhoneXR to Foxconn. Initially, Apple gave about 50% to 60% of its production share to Heshuo, about 30% of its production share. It was handed over to Foxconn, but due to capacity problems and delayed shipments of some key components, Apple was forced to change the order allocation.
Now, Heshuo's share of iPhoneXR production is less than 30%, because the company is difficult to maintain high enough production, and Pegatron's factories in China are also facing a shortage of workers. Foxconn's OEM share is sharp. In addition, Japanese display panel manufacturer JapanDisplay's IPS display supply for iPhoneXR is also unstable.
I hope that Apple can solve this series of problems in time before the listing on October 26, otherwise there will be insufficient supply.
