York (Wuxi) Air Conditioning Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. Since 2001, the products of York Wuxi have become the first in the industry. In 2005, one of the top 200 companies in York International and the world Johnson Controls (JCI) has joined forces and officially became a member of Johnson Controls (JCI). The merger of Johnson Controls and York has resulted in the world's largest product, system and service integration provider for the built environment. 2016 Johnson & Johnson The Hitachi Alliance acquired a 60% stake in Hitachi Air Conditioning. In 2017, the headquarters decided to introduce Johnson & Johnson's lithium bromide production to York Wuxi. In the second half of 2017, lithium bromide sales ranked seventh in the industry.

In 2005, the Wuxi Company of the United States established the R&D center in Asia to independently carry out or participate in the latest refrigeration technology of the global company. Since 2005, the first single centrifugal compressor in China has a maximum cooling capacity of 7032kW (2000TR). The chiller has been off the assembly line. Subsequently, the OM/YDST/YD multi-stage/large-scale turbine steam-driven centrifugal unit, YVWA variable-frequency screw unit, YMC has been developed. 2Magnetic levitation unit, released YZ type super 1 energy efficiency in 2017, new environmentally friendly refrigerant, magnetic levitation unit. YZ caused a strong sensation in the domestic and international refrigeration exhibition, and was highly sought after by the inside and outside of the industry and customers; Wuxi Company also owns 30 innovative technology patents with independent property rights. In order to meet the requirements of product development, York Wuxi Company built the largest cold quantity 2000TR performance test bench in China in 2005, and built the 5000TR global super performance test bench in 2015. In 2018, the most advanced 2500TR lithium bromide unit performance test bench was built in China; the star products of the company's independent property rights, related certificates and product test benches are shown in Figure 1 to Figure 9.

The company is developing rapidly in automation, information and intelligence - the company has established everything from design, order management, process, manufacturing, logistics to testing. The electronic platform of the process, using Pro-E, SAP, e-DOC, BI and other tools or systems, built the first chiller assembly line in the domestic large machine industry (Figure 11), manufacturing process information management / national pressure The first pressure vessel manufacturing and electronic inspection in the container industry (Figure 12), BI system; industrial automation, not only the extensive use of welding robots, but also through the independent design and development of automatic pipe, expansion and other equipment; Computer-aided imaging, phased array, hydrogen detection, and test platforms (Figures 13, 14) are all unique applications in the industry; for this reason, our company has reduced the total number of front-line employees by 12% and productivity by 11% over the past three years. The increase of 4.8% and the inferior cost rate decreased by 47%, which enabled York Wuxi to significantly reduce costs, improve efficiency and product quality, and create more benefits and value.

York Wuxi Company actively participated in the industry's new technology and the promotion of new standards. It has become a practical benchmark for the development of the same industry.
