Tectextil is a family-owned company located in Piracicaba, Sao Paulo, Brazil. It is one of the largest PP woven bag manufacturers in Brazil and currently produces a wide range of products.
Tectextil has 30 years of market experience, including a major factory and 4 product preparation points, approximately 1,000 employees and a production capacity of 1,500 tons / month. The product range includes fiber woven bags, AD pro Tex bags, large bags, PE for lining Blown film, and PP film laminated on PP woven fabric.
Tectextil's founder, Marcelo Cocozza, has made several investments to increase production capacity and diversify their product portfolio. Currently Tectextil has equipment including: two CONVERTEX SL valve bases, one extrusion line ECOTEX1600L and one three Layer blown film line OPTIMEX.
The ECOTEX1600L was delivered in 2017 and is equipped with the latest automatic roll change VMAX, which allows roll change at maximum production speed.
This new system increases the productivity of the coating/lamination and improves the efficiency of the entire plant by providing a high quality laminating machine process.
The new 3-layer blown film line OPTIMEX was also successfully installed in 2017, allowing Tectextil to produce its own film for self-sufficient bag lining production. Another part of blown film extrusion is used to extrude special films onto woven fabrics. .
The combination of this machine makes Tectextil an interesting case: The film produced on OPTIMEX is laminated to woven fabric on ECOTEX and converted to AD proTex bags on two CONVERTEX.
