According to reports, Mitsubishi Chemical will invest 3,500 tons of functional plastics project (Phase I) in Chengdu Green Chemical Industrial Park. The project will mainly develop and produce functional plastics. The first phase will build a PVC plastic powder material production line. It is understood that Mitsubishi Chemical was founded.
