Recently, it was presided over by the National Wire and Cable Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and the Hengtong Power Industry Group Jiangsu Hengtong Power Cable Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting of the Standard for Oxygen Bomb Combustion-Ion Chromatography for Polymer Halogen Content in Wire and Cable, which was officially approved by the China National Standards Association. And released, the standard number is T/CAS318-2018.
This time, Hengtong Power Cable is the main drafting unit of this standard, which fully proves the industry's recognition of the innovation capability of Hengtong Cable Technology, and is also the embodiment of Hengtong Cable Technology Innovation Level and its core competitiveness. Up to now, Hengtong Cable Participated in the formulation of 10 national standards and 13 industry standards, all of which have been released.
It is understood that the halogen content of polymers (including raw material particles) for wire and cable has been measured as HCL content, PH value and conductivity and fluorine content, respectively, according to GB/T17650.1-1998, GB/T17650.2-1998 And IEC60684-2:2014 standard for testing.
However, the above three standards have shortcomings in terms of applicability, accuracy, accuracy, etc. In order to solve this problem, the National Cable Center first proposed the 'oxygen bomb combustion-ion chromatography' test method, which can achieve accurate sampling once. Continuously and automatically detecting the halogen content of the polymer used in wire and cable, providing a more accurate, convenient and economical test plan for quality control and product acceptance of cable manufacturers and users, with good universality and innovation.
