According to the national standard of GB/T26752-2011 "Polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber", the company conducted a large-scale full-load test at the trial stage of the carbon fiber microwave graphitization production line. According to the test results, After the conventional T300/T400 carbon wire is subjected to microwave graphitization treatment, the modulus and strength can be increased by 10%-15%, and the final product quality grade is above T700/T800.

In addition, the company and user unit Zhejiang Jingye Emerging Materials Co., Ltd. commissioned the national carbon fiber testing organization (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics) to test the carbon wire and carbonized graphitized carbon wire. The test adopts GB/T3362-- 2005 "Test method for tensile properties of carbon fiber multifilament", according to the test report issued by it, the specific test results are as follows:

(1) The average tensile strength of carbon filaments after microwave graphitization submitted by the company reached 4989MPa, and the average elastic modulus reached 269Gpa.

(2) The average tensile strength of carbon filament before microwave graphitization submitted by Zhejiang Jingye Xinxing Materials Co., Ltd. is 4415MPa, the average elastic modulus is 241Gpa; the average tensile strength of carbon filament after microwave graphitization Up to 5237MPa, the average modulus of elasticity is 285Gpa, and the tensile strength and elastic modulus are increased by more than 15%.

Jingong Technology said that due to the monopoly of foreign carbon fiber in the early days, the customary name of domestic T300, T400, T700 and other series of carbon filament products came from Japan Toray. According to the information disclosed by the Toray website in Japan, T700SC-12000 carbon wire The tensile strength is 4900MPa, and the elastic modulus is 230Gpa (these data correspond to the standard requirements of QZ4526 in the domestic GB/T26752-2011 "Polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber" standard).
