At present, private users in Shanghai's new energy vehicle users account for 63%, and the models are mainly plug-in hybrid vehicles; in the future, Shanghai will further encourage private users to purchase pure electric vehicles, hoping to increase the proportion of private users among new energy vehicle users by 2020. Up to 65%, the proportion of pure electric vehicles in the models has increased to 45%. As of the end of June 2018, the number of new energy vehicles in Shanghai has exceeded 188,000. It is estimated that 2018 new vehicles will be promoted in 2018. Promoted 70,000 vehicles, the total number of new energy vehicles reached 350,000.
