On August 30th, the 300,000-ton/year LDPE/EVA unit (low-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate-polyester integrated device) of the first phase filling and filling project of China Coal Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. was extended, and the site tools roared. A start-up order sounded and the site construction officially started.
The first phase of the LDPE/EVA installation is provided by Basel. The Daqing Petrochemical Engineering Construction Company is responsible for the design, procurement and construction of the unit. The unit uses polymer grade ethylene and vinyl acetate as raw materials to produce low density poly. Ethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate polyester integrated products, mainly including compression unit, polymerization unit, separation unit, extrusion granulation unit, degassing unit, etc., scheduled to be completed on August 18, 2020.
According to reports, the construction of LDPE/EVA equipment is to further develop the industrial advantages of the first phase of the start-up project of 'Hushui, Hydrocarbon Complementation, and Comprehensive Utilization of Resources', and give full play to the facilities potential of the original four sets of polyolefin installations. While optimizing the equipment package, enriching the product structure, increasing the production scale, and making the polyolefin industry in Shaanxi Province better, thus further transforming and upgrading the enterprise, improving the efficient use of resources and returning the efficiency of assets, and creating a 'domestic first-class, world-renowned' modernization.
