As of August 24, the super-large polyolefin warehouse in the Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company has accumulated more than 1 million tons of storage products this year. The warehouse is the first large-scale fully enclosed, fully automatic, unmanned operation in the domestic petrochemical industry. The intelligent polyolefin stereo library, using the Internet of Things, infrared and robot technology, can realize unmanned loading without manual operation. The three-dimensional storage area is about 8560 square meters, with a total capacity of 25,000 tons. The utilization rate is more than 2.5 times that of the flat warehouse, and the storage capacity can reach 220 tons per hour.
