In the research of greenhouse film, the R&D team broke through the key technologies of long life, high grafting, double light effect, enhanced coating synergy and low cost manufacturing, and built a 6000 tons/year energy-efficient high-efficiency film production line. The new shed film products have the functions of systematically regulating the drip, anti-fog, dustproof and dimming of the shed film. Some of the key indicators exceed the similar products in foreign countries. In addition, the researchers cultivate light quality based on sweet pepper, tomato, eggplant and other crops. Demand, the special shed film of the solanaceous vegetable developed can improve the crop quality while increasing the yield by 10%~30%. The shed film technology developed by the project has been promoted and applied in 5 domestic enterprises. The new product demonstration application in more than 80,000 acres of farmland in 10 provinces and cities.
In the agricultural mulch film, the R&D team broke through the key technologies of ultra-thin reinforcement and toughening, and created special polyester and special materials for biodegradation, which solved the technical problem of difficult mechanical coating of ultra-thin biodegradable mulch; developed 4~6 micron ultra-thin Fully biodegradable mulch film, functional period is adjustable from 1 to 8 months, of which 6 micron biodegradable mulch film application in garlic cultivation is increased by 3%~11% than polyethylene film; 300 tons/year special polyester pilot and ultra-thin Biodegradable film production line.
