The reporter learned that Helitai signed a memorandum of understanding with Andhra Pradesh of India and will set up a local factory in Xiaorui in Tirupati.

The parts manufacturing facility will be located on 75 acres of land in Tirupati and will begin mass production, with annual production capacity of nearly 50 million per component. The plant will also have nearly 50% cleanroom, which It is the first project in Andhra Pradesh to stimulate the development of the industry.
