Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on the 2018 Investment Plan for Major Projects."

The notice pointed out that Jiangsu Province issued a major project investment plan of 660 billion yuan in 2018. Among them, photovoltaics are listed as 'clean and efficient energy', and the total construction scale is 5 million kilowatts from 2016 to 2020, with a total planned investment of 30 billion yuan. In 2018, it plans to invest 11 billion yuan.
