For this kind of working condition, our company decisively adopts the skateboard structure. Because of the straight through flow channel, the medium passes directly, and does not cause eddy current medium.
It has the following advantages over a sleeve valve:
1, no medium imbalance, small opening and closing torque, high adjustment accuracy. The valve seat and the valve plate are cooperating relative movement, the pressure of the sealing surface is provided by the pressure of the medium before the valve, the greater the pressure, the tighter the seal.
2, the medium disturbance is small, does not affect the accuracy of the flow detection after the valve.
3. The valve plate and the valve seat always fit together, there is no valve core oscillation, and it will not rotate.
4, excellent medium shear capacity, suitable for both clean media and media containing solid particles.
5, the sealing surface is hidden, the sealing surface is 90° with the flow direction of the medium. When the valve is fully open, the sealing is completely hidden, avoiding the high-speed medium flushing the sealing surface, and the life surface is long; when the valve is in the half-open state, the medium can only be flushed and sealed. The outer edge of the surface, and the valve adopts a surface sealing structure, the sealing surface has a certain width, and the flushing resistance is strong.
6, long service life, high stability of use. Valve plate, valve seat spray welding CrC high hardness alloy material, improve the wear resistance of the sealing surface, prolong the service life.
