iMobile mobile home, July 25th news, Toshiba launched its first 96-layer 3D flash solid state drive XG6, the new product uses BiCS4 TLC particles, equipped with Toshiba TC58NCP090GSD master, using PCIe 3.0x4 channel, supports NVMe1.3a specification .
The XG6 has three different specifications: 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. From the data point of view, the continuous read and write speed of XG6 reaches 3.18GB/s and 2.96GB/s respectively, and the maximum speed of 4k random read and write also reaches 355k IOPS and 365k IOPS, while idling 3mW and writing 4.7W power consumption also inherits the previous excellent performance. As an OEM product, I believe we will see it soon, but its consumer-grade counterparts may I need to wait a little longer.
