Beijing Shuangyi Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. will invest 1 billion yuan to build the only advanced process technology production line with large-scale mass production capacity in the Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Beijing, and conduct GaAs MMIC chip. The ultimate goal of the project is to become the world's leading supplier of microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), to meet the urgent demand for gallium arsenide MMIC chips in the domestic market, and to reverse the unfavorable situation that domestic gallium arsenide MMIC chips are completely dependent on imports.
