On June 15, the Ministry of Science and Technology entrusted the State Science and Technology Corporation's Ministry of Science and Technology to organize the National Science and Technology Support Program Project Acceptance Meeting in Beijing. The Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences undertook the 'Research on the Large-scale Wind Turbine Drive Chain Testing Technology' project successfully passed the acceptance.
The project was jointly completed by the Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang Yunda Wind Power Co., Ltd., Zhejiang University, Beijing Sanli Xinneng Technology Co., Ltd. and the National Wind Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The project is aimed at the design and integration of large wind turbine drive chain ground test system. The technical and transmission chain ground test technology was researched, and the detailed design scheme of the 10MW wind turbine drive chain ground test system including wind turbine torque simulation, 5-DOF non-torque loading device and real-time power grid simulation system was completed for the first time. And the design drawings, developed the first domestic 100kW wind turbine drive chain hardware-in-the-loop simulation system with full-scale simulation capability. The 100kW 5-DOF non-torque loading device prototype was developed for the first time in China, with a focus on research and mastery. The whole working condition simulation and control technology of the wind turbine drive chain ground test system was tested and tested. The national standard for the wind turbine drive chain ground test technical specification was first developed in China, which can be used for large wind turbine drive chain in the laboratory. The research results obtained by the project can provide technical support for the development and construction of the national public large-scale wind turbine drive chain ground public test system. The 100kW wind turbine drive chain simulation simulation system and the 6MW wind turbine drag test bench are technical research and verification. And the development, verification, testing and testing of large wind turbines and key components provide support conditions, which play an important role in promoting the public testing capability and level of high-power wind turbines in China.
