Ziguang's Yangtze River Storage announced this week that it will participate in the Flash Memory Summit in August.

At the summit, Dr. Yang Shining, CEO of Changjiang Storage, will release a keynote speech and unveil breakthrough technology Xtacking. Officials said that Xtacking can increase NAND transfer rate to a level comparable to DRAM DDR4 At the same time, the storage density has reached the industry leading level, achieving the epoch-making leap forward in the flash memory industry.

It is reported that, Xtacking for consumer/enterprise SSDs and UFS flash And parallel processing of NAND matrix and peripheral circuits. This modular flash development and manufacturing process will significantly shorten the time-to-market of next-generation 3D NAND flash memory and make NAND flash memory products possible.

So what is the transfer speed of DDR4?

Take the common DDR4-2400 single channel as an example, the data rate is 2400Mbps, and the theoretical peak bandwidth is 2400MHz x 64bit/8=18.75GB/s.
