This modular flash development and manufacturing process will significantly shorten the time-to-market of next-generation 3D NAND flash memory and make NAND flash memory products possible.
So what is the transfer speed of DDR4?
Take the common DDR4-2400 single channel as an example, the data rate is 2400Mbps, and the theoretical peak bandwidth is 2400MHz x 64bit/8=18.75GB/s.
