In the investigation, Changqing Oilfield found that the pipeline components developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences's offshore platform replaced the pressure vessel, and carried out multiphase separation of oil and gas, and applied T-tube multi-branch separation, liquid-solid cyclone separation, liquid-liquid vertical rotation. Flow separation, micro-aperture bubble oily sewage treatment and other patented technologies not only reduce the safety risk of pressure vessel operation, but also simplify the fluid processing process and improve the processing efficiency.
In 2016, Changqing Oilfield Equipment Management Office took the lead, and together with the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, set up a pipeline separation technology verification project research group to jointly develop a new oil and gas water multi-sand separation device technology suitable for working conditions in Changqing Oilfield, and successively in oil production. The third plant of South Plant has 12 turns, and the No. 5 Plant of the No. 5 Oil Production Plant has conducted industrial tests.
