Chongqing Customs analyzed that in the first half of this year, Chongqing’s import and export trade mainly showed the following characteristics:
First, the import and export of processing trade grew rapidly. In the first half of the year, the import and export value of processing trade in Chongqing was 109.72 billion yuan, an increase of 19.9%, accounting for 47.9% of the total foreign trade value of the city. Among them, the export was 94.11 billion yuan, an increase of 17.4%, and the import was 156.1. 100 million yuan, an increase of 36.8%.
Second, the import and export trade of foreign-invested enterprises accounted for a relatively high proportion. According to statistics, in the first half of the year, the import and export value of foreign-invested enterprises was 128.56 billion yuan, accounting for 56.2%; the import and export value of private enterprises ranked second, reaching 72.96 billion yuan, accounting for 31.9%.
Third, computer and communication technology products contributed more than 60% to export growth. Data show that in the first half of the year, Chongqing exported computer and communication technology products totaling 87.01 billion yuan, an increase of 14.1%, accounting for 59.2% of the total export value of the city. Computer exports reached 4.26 billion yuan, an increase of 41.5%, the fastest growth rate.
Fourth, imports of integrated circuits and other commodities increased sharply. In the first half of the year, Chongqing imported 42.96 billion yuan of high-tech products, an increase of 7.7%, accounting for 37.8% of the total import value of the city in the same period. Among them, 3.42 billion imported integrated circuits, an increase of 38.7%, The value was 21.59 billion yuan, an increase of 12.1%.
