Also last week, Google announced that this year's Android Dev Summit will be held on November 7th and 8th in Mountain View, California. Compared to the annual I/O conference, The Android Developer Summit is a relatively small event that won't have much of a gorgeous presentation, etc. In addition, this event does not have a definite date, it was last held in 2015.
IT House reports that although this conference may not be very compelling, Google is unlikely to release a new generation of Pixel 3 series phones at this event. But considering the recent EU's huge fines, and the upcoming Android 9.0 official version, Google may bring some new and important news at this year's conference.
