China's three major storage companies will mass produce memory, flash memory: starting in 2019

For users who pay attention to domestic memory and flash memory, there will be substantial results from next year, because Yangtze River Storage, Jinhua Integrated Circuit and Hefei Innotro storage will be mass-produced.

According to the Taiwan Electronic Times, in 2019, three storage chip factories in mainland China will be completed and put into mass production. At present, the first order that Changjiang Storage is preparing is to produce 8GB SD memory cards with an order size of one. Ten sets of 32-layer 3D NAND flash memory chips.

In terms of new products, Changjiang Storage is developing 64-layer 3D NAND flash memory, and plans to launch samples by the end of 2018.

Unlike the Yangtze River storage, Jinhua and Innotron are mainly responsible for the manufacture of DRAM memory chips. It is said that the former has begun trial production of 8Gb LPDDR4 memory chips, while the latter is expected to mass produce 8Gb DDR4 memory chips produced by 19nm technology next year.

It is widely believed that China's memory chip companies are gradually expanding their production capacity, and the price of the global memory flash memory chip market is expected to decline.
