Coval has added polyurethane suction cups to its equipment for transporting composite materials.
According to the company, the polyurethane suction cups are ultra-flat and the suction cup surface provides an innovative vacuum distribution that ensures optimal clamping without leaving any signs of deformation.
This new polyurethane suction cup is designed to help manufacturers handle composite products so that deformation or marking of composite surfaces does not occur.
The company added that the VPSC suction cup of polyurethane material has a Shore A hardness of 60, which is designed to make it resistant to hydrocarbons and has a long service life.
The suction cup is available in two diameters: 40 mm and 80 mm with an aluminum female thread.
Coval's vacuum suction cups are produced in Montpelier, France, and the company has subsidiaries in Spain, Italy, Germany, the US and China.
