In this inspection, the following problems were found: In the production environment, some enterprises' raw materials were not left from the wall, the sanitary environment of the production workshop was poor, and the 'three defenses' facilities in the production area were not perfect. In terms of process control, Enterprise feeding, key control points, production equipment maintenance records are missing, the factory inspection records are incomplete, the employee health certificate expires; in the purchase inspection, some enterprises' raw materials and accessories purchase ticket system is not in place, the plastic oil pipeline used The road can not provide the plasticizer inspection report, the product sales account is not standardized. In addition, it is also found that the source of a company's purchased oil product is unknown, has been transferred to the food and drug law enforcement detachment for further investigation and handling, the case is currently being processed.
In the same period, the Guizhou Food and Drug Administration carried out a special sampling inspection of food safety of edible vegetable oil production enterprises. It plans to conduct sampling inspection and monitoring of 87 certified vegetable oil production enterprises. Due to long-term production suspension, seasonal production suspension, relocation and other production reasons, actual sampling inspection 52 edible vegetable oil production enterprises were monitored, with a coverage rate of 59.8%. A total of 52 batches of samples were sampled, and 6 batches were unqualified. The failure rate was 11.5%. The unqualified index was peroxide value, acid value, benzo-a'a'芘 exceeds the standard.
