Second, convene a special meeting to provide key supervision tips for WeChat, Taobao and other e-commerce platforms, and require relevant platform enterprises to strictly abide by relevant management regulations. Strengthen personnel strength, take effective measures, organize a comprehensive clean-up of WeChat, QQ, Taobao, Tmall and other network platforms, and increase the monitoring and disposal of illegal sales of telephone cards and related illegal information on platform shops. Third, require three basic telecommunications companies. Strengthen technical monitoring and big data analysis, increase the monitoring and early warning and situation analysis of off-site batch card sales, fraudulent sales in high-income areas, and timely report the suspected fraud number to the public security organs.
