Health Planning Commission: Allowing 19 hospitals to add these large medical devices

The "Notice" pointed out that according to the "large medical equipment configuration license management catalog (2018)" and "Gansu Province large-scale medical equipment configuration and use management measures implementation rules", combined with Gansu Province regional health planning and the province's Category B large medical equipment configuration Planning, the first batch of plans for the approval of new and updated configuration of Class B large medical equipment in 2018 is as follows:

First, agree with the provincial people hospital 19 medical institutions, including the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, added 28 sets of (large) Class B large-scale medical equipment.

Second, please ask the relevant medical institutions to do the equipment configuration purchase Work, timely processing of configuration licenses and redemption procedures.

Agreed to add, updated 28 sets (pieces) Among the large class B medical equipment, CT is 16 units, of which 11 are added, 4 are updated, and 1 is donated;

The remaining 12 are new, including 7 MRI, 2 PET-CT, 1 DSA, 1 LA linear accelerator, and 1 stereotactic gamma line system.

From March 1, 2005, China began to implement the configuration planning and configuration certificate system for the management of large-scale medical equipment. Medical institutions must have corresponding configuration licenses in order to configure large-scale medical equipment.

The "Notice" strictly abides by this system, and clearly requires that medical institutions may not purchase and use large-scale medical equipment of Class B without obtaining the configuration permit and the operator's qualifications for obtaining employment.
