Guoju previously pointed out that MLCC supply and demand continued to be tight, the company's MLCC order-to-bill ratio was more than 2 times, and the machine equipment delivery period saw 18 months. The new production capacity could not catch up with the market demand. In addition, Guoju’s orders for chip resistors were shipped. The ratio is more than 3 times, and the overall supply and demand gap of passive components is estimated. It is feared that there will be no solution in 2019.

Huaxin Branch said recently that the market situation in the third quarter is tight, it seems to be the performance of the peak season, do its utmost to prevent customers from stopping the line or unable to find the goods. The demand in the third and fourth quarters is still very strong.

He Shentang previously said that the passive components including MLCC will be good in 2019. Japanese manufacturers have high-end products, and the prospects are better.

He Shentang expects that if passive component manufacturers lay out high-end products, the economy can be optimistic for the next 5 to 10 years. If it is in the middle and low-end products, the economy can be expected to be 2019.

In the capacity layout, Heshentang continued to expand its production capacity. The company pointed out that after June, MLCC new equipment will continue to be stationed. It is estimated that by the third quarter of this year, MLCC capacity is expected to expand by 20% to 30%.
