Opera submits IPO application in the United States | Zhou Hongyi holds 23.4%

The Norwegian-based browser company Opera has submitted an IPO application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and plans to raise up to US$115 million. CICC and Citigroup are underwriters of this IPO. Prior to the IPO, Kunlun Wanwei Founder Zhou Yahui beneficially owns Opera's 135 million ordinary shares, which holds 67.5% of the shares. Qihoo 360 Chairman Zhou Hongyi beneficially owns Opera's 46.75 million shares, which holds a 23.4% stake.
