Samsung's First Android Go Device Exposure: 1GB of Memory

Android Go is Google's version of Android designed for entry-level mobile phones. It simplifies the current Android system, allowing it to run smoothly on phones with 1GB or less of memory.

It is mainly composed of three parts: lightweight Android system, Google Go series comes with applications, and Google Play designed for entry-level mobile phones.

At present, many mobile phone manufacturers have launched Android Go devices with Google. Now Samsung has joined in.

On June 22nd, according to SamMobile, a device model SM-J260G appeared in GeekBench. The machine is equipped with 1GB of memory and runs Android 8.1 system.

SamMobile revealed that the aircraft is Samsung's upcoming Android Go device. This is Samsung's first Android Go phone, which will be named Galaxy J2 Core.

It is reported that this device is mainly for India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and other countries, these countries are Samsung's Android Go mobile phone's flagship market, does not rule out the possibility of entering other markets.
