Hennecke Hennecke official website released the news on June 7, said the company won the macro-ho new material Technology Co., Ltd. equipment contract orders, the device will use wet (wet shot) process and HP-RTM process production of composite parts.
In the past 20 years, Hongfa Technology Co., Ltd. has been devoted to the development and application of fiber composite materials, providing customers with customized glass fiber, carbon fiber and other high-performance fiber composite material solutions. Its products are widely used in automation, railways, Shipbuilding, wind power and sports and other industries. The equipment will be produced with a 3600-ton press and will be used for the large-scale production of composite parts. It is expected to be put into production in 2019. The press will be supplied by Schuler GmbH of Germany. It is reported that Hongfa has obtained mass production orders from related electric car manufacturers, and developed and produced a fiber-reinforced composite car body for the latter.
The core equipment of the new production line includes the STREMLINE high-pressure metering equipment provided by Hennecke. The equipment is used in as many as 50 sets worldwide and is equipped with a multi-point gap adjustment injection function. At the same time, the production line will be equipped with two Mixing heads. The first mixing head is used in conjunction with the HP-RTM process and is fixed in the internal mold of the press. It is used to close-mold the high-pressure injection reaction material to infiltrate the fabric. The second mixing head is equipped with a robotic arm. The wide-aperture coating device can directly mix the resin and apply it to the fiber fabric. The same production line can use two mixing heads alternately to realize the free switching of the two processes to produce different kinds of fibers. Composite parts. Among them, the HP-RTM process is mainly used to produce parts with more complex geometric shapes, and the wet process is used to produce composite parts with relatively simple geometry.
