It is understood that the two retail giants have adopted an affiliate model for their strategic cooperation. The scope of the joint venture includes: RT-Mart currently has 393 stores in China's mainland and home appliance 3C businesses in all new stores in the future. It is expected to begin as early as August of this year. This strategic cooperation will be successively landed. This means that Suning’s 3C market share in home appliances will increase, and RT-Mart’s 3C home appliance supply chain will be further strengthened.
It is reported that the cooperation between the two parties mainly includes Suning's supply of goods to the supply chain for 3C counters of RT-Mart stores, and Suning’s accumulated operating capabilities and market experience in the 3C market for home appliances. At the same time, the appliance of 3D in the future of RT-Mart stores. The counter will match the price and promotion intensity of the Suning store in the same city.
