In order to implement the requirements of “optimize the structure of raw materials and reduce the cost per ton of ethylene raw materials” put forward by the group company at the beginning of the year, the petrochemical Yingke project team of the group company recently organized Sinopec and Sinopec to implement the optimization of ethylene raw materials on site.
The optimization of ethylene raw materials includes four items. First, establish the nature of ethylene raw materials, crack the product yield database; complete Spyro simulation data analysis, the development of conversion models, the development of raw material properties and product yield trends, year-on-year, ring show, etc. Page 2. The second is to apply the simulation data to the marginal benefit estimation model for ethylene raw materials, which can be used to select and measure the yield for each raw material. The third is to improve the existing model function, increase the price management module, and realize the real-time measurement of the marginal benefits of raw materials. The reasons for the difference in the marginal benefits between enterprises are analyzed and the development of functions; based on the financial cost data of ethylene plants, the cost reduction of ethylene raw materials is completed, the progress of the annual cost reduction work is tracked, and the special competition for ethylene raw material structure optimization is developed.
In order to facilitate the smooth implementation of the on-site implementation, all Sinopec Sinopec and Pacific Petrochemical experts worked closely together to successfully complete the functional demonstration and acceptance work on June 8.
