The Netherlands is more active in developing 3D printing technology. A recent university has partnered with real estate developers to launch houses made with 3D printing cement. The milestone plan jointly planned by the Dutch company Hofwijnen and the local construction company Van Wijnen, the estate agent Vesteda and the material company Saint Gobain-Weber Beamix, was immediately launched. They used 3D printing technology to print out concrete buildings with design sketches. Buildings will be used. The wall surface is laminated to enhance the strength of the building. The 3D printing house is expected to be completed by mid-2019 at the earliest. It is expected that the first house will have 92.56 square meters with two bedrooms. Afterwards, 4 buildings will be produced. The house, there will be 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms.

The production team hopes that people can create buildings of any shape in the future. It is said that 20 potential tenants have already approached the real estate agency.
