Three major operators received 16,263 complaints from users in the first quarter

Specific statistics show that in the first quarter, the three basic telecommunications companies received a total of 16,263 complaints, involving China Mobile 8602, and China Telecom and China Unicom involving 3,851 and 3810 respectively.
At the same time, the list of mobile value-added telecommunications companies and mobile resale companies that were mainly involved in user complaints in the first quarter was published.
