However, 85% of the memory chips are dependent on imports, which is a big challenge for the development of the autonomous and controllable Chinese IT industry. The research of the Wang Hao team is a subproject of domestic production of memory chips. According to reports, the market value of 3D memory put into mass production is about 100 billion, and gating tube technology will account for 6 billion.
