Industrial Internet Development Action Plan (2018-2020)

According to the “Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the 'Internet + Advanced Manufacturing Industry' Development of Industrial Internet” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guiding Opinion”), 2018-2020 is the initial phase of China’s industrial Internet construction and has a far-reaching impact on future development. The "Guidance Opinions" requires that the Industrial Internet's innovation and development strategy be further implemented, and the integration of the real economy and the digital economy be promoted. This action plan shall be formulated.

First, the overall requirements

(I) Guiding Ideology

Guided by the socialist ideology of Chinese characteristics under the new era of Xi Jinping, fully implement the spirit of the 19th Party Congress and the 19th, 2nd and 3rd Plenary Sessions, adhere to the new development concept, and implement the “Guidance Opinions” decision-making and deployment in accordance with the requirements of high-quality development. (ii) Action targets

By the end of 2020, the initial construction of industrial Internet infrastructure and industrial systems will be completed.
