At the meeting, the specific objectives of agricultural non-point source pollution in Hainan were: By 2020, first, the use of fertilizers and pesticides for major crops should be reduced by 5%; second, the comprehensive utilization rate of major crop stalks should be more than 85%; The recycling rate of recycled plastic film in the season reached more than 80%, and the recycling rate of waste pesticide packages reached more than 50%. Fourth, the comprehensive upgrade of environmental protection facilities for livestock and poultry farms was completed, and the comprehensive utilization ratio of livestock and poultry was over 80%.
