Locomotive maintenance status

How can safety be ensured when the locomotive is repaired, maintained and needs to be fixed?

In stacker maintenance operations, we first need to pull up the hand parking brake to completely minimize the gantry and spreader, and ensure that the mast completely tilts forward, extinguish the engine, cut off the system power supply and disconnect the battery switch.

Hydraulic and brake systems, pressure relief

The pressure relief of the locomotive hydraulic system in the maintenance state has the following three steps:

1. Open the battery main switch, and turn the start key to position I;

2. Repeatedly operating the aviation handle before and after;

3. Start the key to position 0, disconnect the battery switch.

The equipment that the spreader needs to be relieved of pressure includes DCT forklift and front crane: when the DCT forklift is depressurized, the main valve of the frame needs to be opened to connect the valve on the oil pipe;

The valve on the servo control valve must be opened when the pressure is discharged from the front. During the operation, the hydraulic oil may be incorrectly guided to other places, which may damage the precision filter element. Therefore, before starting the engine, make sure that the pressure relief valve is closed.

When the brake system releases pressure, open the valve on the pressure relief valve counterclockwise. While maintaining the pressure relief valve open during pressure relief, close the pressure relief valve clockwise until tightened.
