Intel Optane AoTeng technology is in full swing. SSD products are found in data centers, desktops, notebooks, M.2 accelerometers for desktops and laptops, and DIMMs are also available in data centers.
At the Taipei Computer Show, Intel announced that Ao Tang SSD 905P will add M.2 specifications!
SSD 905P is an upgraded version of the previous SSD 900 series. It has previously released PCI-E expansion card specifications, U.2 2.5-inch specifications, capacity of 960GB, 480GB, respectively, all take the PCI-E 3.0 x4 system channel, continuous read and write speed 2.6 GB / s, 2.2GB / s, random read and write speeds up to 575,000 IOPS, 550,000 IOPS, read and write delay is only 10 microseconds, supports 10 full-time writes per day, life expectancy.
The specific specifications of the M.2 version of the SSD 905P have not yet been announced, but they say that they have industry-leading durability, can reduce processor latency, and increase computing time.
Intel also demonstrated the performance of M.2 SSD 905P and Intel SSD 760P based on traditional NAND flash memory.
