From May 21 to May 25, PDR of Nanjing New Machinery Co., Ltd. hydraulic system was convened by Parker. The main contract of the 'Xinzhou' 700 hydraulic system was signed by the aviation industry Xifei, Nanjing Electromechanical and Parker. The Nanjing Electromechanical/Singapore team undertook the development of 12 items including the fuel tank, PTU selector valve, oil filter and pressure accumulator. The pressure accumulator is the share added by Nanjing Electromechanical on the basis of the product division of the hydraulic system of the C919. Nanjing Electromechanical assumed 7 of the 12 finished products, and Singapore Airlines was responsible for the development of 7 products. Nanjing Electromechanical Co., Ltd. was the technical leader of the Chinese team. China is responsible for product projects.
After the “Xinzhou” 700 hydraulic system product was kicked off in December 2017, Parker and the Nanjing Electromechanical/Singapore team carried out preliminary design and joint definition work. By May 2018, more than 100 PDR documents had been completed. Delivery, and product specification, 3D model, iterative update of the interface control chart. This PDR review is the review and confirmation of the previous phase of the work.
The meeting reviewed and discussed the specifications, interfaces, raw materials and processes, stress analysis, and deliverables of Nanjing Electromechanical Products. After a five-day review meeting, it formed more than 160 action items including Parker and Nanjing Electromechanical Co., Ltd. Write the minutes of the PDR meeting. This action item will also be used as a follow-up detail design work.
As an important milestone for the project, this meeting also identified detailed design work content, follow-up project nodes, CDR (Key Design Review) deliverables, and CDR review time.
