1, understand the bulldozer walking system
Before this, we need to first understand the bulldozer's walking system. The bulldozer's engine is used as the power source of the whole car to drive the hydraulic main pump and the pilot pump. The general bulldozer uses the main pump as the variable swash plate type piston pump. Pilot The pump is a gear pump. The main pump and the pilot pump hydraulic oil reach the main control valve through the hydraulic pipeline.
At the same time, the pilot pressure oil is connected to the pilot control valve of the bulldozer cab. The driver controls the hydraulic circuit of the pilot system through the operating handle and the walking pedal to control the spool of the main control valve. The hydraulic oil output by the main control valve arrives at each circuit. Different actuators (cylinder, hydraulic motor) to achieve different actions of the bulldozer.
Bulldozer's walking system is not just a hydraulic motor. Take a unilateral walking system as an example. Including walking balance valve, walking safety valve, walking speed switching valve, walking speed switching cylinder, traveling brake cylinder, throttle valve and traveling motor. 2, slow walking speed troubleshooting
Bulldozer walking speed is slow, seriously affecting the work efficiency, remember these reasons, the next time you encounter similar problems can quickly troubleshoot.
main reason:
1. The speed has not reached the rated speed.
2. There is a leak in the system.
3. The pump cover screws are loose due to the vibration of the hydraulic pump for a long time.
4. Leakage of the suction pipe can also cause failure of the bulldozer's hydraulic pump to run below the rated value.
5. The oil level in the fuel tank is too low to absorb the oil.
6. The inlet filter is clogged.
7. Inhalation pipe plugging or small diameter.
8. Oil viscosity is too high or too low.
9. Improper adjustment of the variable pump flow rate, resulting in failure of the bulldozer hydraulic pump to reach the rated value.
Solution:
1. According to the manual, specify the rated speed and select the generator speed.
2. Check the system and repair leaks.
3. Tighten the screws properly.
4. Check the connections and seal them.
5. Make up to the minimum oil mark above.
6. Clean the filter or use a filter with a flow rate of more than twice the hydraulic pump flow.
7. Clean the pipe, select the pipe that is not smaller than the inlet diameter of the hydraulic pump.
8. Select the recommended viscosity of the working oil.
9. Re-adjust to desired flow.
